Traditions...
Lately, especially around Christmas time, I find myself questioning the traditional image of some things. For example, the traditional Nativity scene portrays Mary, Joseph, the shepherds, and the wise men bowing reverently around Baby Jesus. The Shepherds are never mentioned bowing before Jesus. They come to witness him, leave praising God, and go to tell others of what they saw. The Wise Men were never at the Nativity. In Scripture, they arrive at least 2 years later. Also, the traditional number of wise men was an extra-biblical addition to the tale 300 years later. Does the Bible say Mary and Joseph traveled to Bethlehem on a donkey? Nowhere in scripture does it say how the young couple journeyed. For all we know, they could've been with other travelers going to the city. Scriptures do not say, yet we have accepted the traditional image of Joseph and Mary traveling by donkey.
Cosmic Fury...Nine Rangers?!
Okay, okay. So...Cosmic Fury isn't only going to bring back Billy from MMPR, but it's bringing back Heckyl as the Dark Ranger/Deathryuger? That's 9(Kyu) rangers! I know you can argue that we've had 2 seasons to get acquainted with 6 of them, 2 of them are veterans from other shows, and the orange ranger is a supporting character from Dino Fury, but...it still seems a bit hypocritical. It seems like they could've done three seasons with Kyuranger footage and got the same result. Heck, Kyuranger would've worked way better with Dino Fury's storyline than Ryusoulger did. I mean seriously, Kyuranger is based on constellations. Ryusoulger is based on dinosaurs. The whole fighting alien spore thingies would've worked a lot better with Kyuranger. The other rangers could've been alien rangers they met on other planets!

It's been a looong time since I made a post about my story, Legends of Aeluria. To be honest, I...don't have a clear path for it anymore. Lately I want to make into something...more than just a Medieval fantasy story, but at the same time, I can't escape that setting. I like big swords and I cannot lie. LOL
Cosmic Fury=Dino Fury, Kyuranger hybrid
Well, Hasbro Pulse has had their announcement for Cosmic Fury. Simon Bennet has confirmed that they'll be using the zords from Kyuranger alongside tweaked Ryusoulger suits for the Cosmic Fury rangers. So essentially, it'll be like seasons 2 and 3 of MMPR when Saban brought in the Dairanger and Kakuranger footage. Ryusoulger suits with Kyuranger zords. I know that this is going to be a big disappointment to fans wanting a full adaption of Kyuranger, but at least we're getting something from the series. It's not as good as it could be, and not as bad as nothing at all. At least there'll be a Hasbro toy form of Kyurenoh...hopefully. I just hope it'll be a better mash-up than Mega Force/Super Mega Force was.
